The Polish Labour Code governs the employment relationship and shapes employer's liability cover, while filming permits set up through Film Commission Poland and the regional film commissions, and the conditions set by studios such as ATM Studio and Alvernia Studios, often specify minimum cover. Insurers increasingly expect logged health-and-safety assessments before confirming policies, specific for higher-risk work. Premiums are mostly settled in złoty. The 30% cash rebates administered by the Polish Film Institute (PISF) treats insurance as part of qualifying spend when it is well evidenced.
