Creative talent for film and television in Poland is concentrated in Warsaw and Łódź, with the Łódź Film School having trained generations of directors, production designers, and visual artists who have gone on to work across European and global shoots. Our creative crew roster draws from this talent pool, as well as from the growing communities of independent filmmakers and commercial practitioners based in Kraków, Wrocław, and Gdańsk who bring distinctive perspectives and fresh visual thinking to each project they join.

Here is the short of it. Directors on our roster range from commercial directors skilled in the fast turnaround demands of advertising production to narrative feature directors with festival credits. Production Designers and Art Directors have wide knowledge of sourcing, constructing, and dressing sets that read authentically on camera in Polish locations, from Warsaw's today's interiors to Kraków's historical build style. Casting Directors keep active relationships with talent agencies across the country, while Costume Designers work to brief across period and today's formats. Scriptwriters, Storyboard Artists, and Creative Producers complete the pre-production creative layer, making sure that each element of the visual plan is thoroughly developed before the crew arrives on set.
