We give location running for shoots filming across Poland, taking responsibility for each site from the recce through to the moment the unit wraps and leaves it as found. Our team handles access and security, parking and basecamp layout, liaison with property owners, neighbours and authorities, and the practical preparation a location needs before the unit arrives. On shoot days the location manager runs the site — managing the public, enforcing the conditions of permits and agreements, and solving problems as they arise. We set up with the assistant directors, the transport department and the regional film commissions so a location is ready, compliant and well restored, and we keep the records the production and any rebates audit will need.

The temperate continental climate brings four distinct seasons — snowy winters, warm summers — and a location manager plans access, ground conditions and spares to match.
