Here is how this works in practice. We carry out site surveys for shoots filming in Poland, assessing each prospective location in detail before it is locked. Our team visits the site with the relevant department heads, documents access routes, parking and basecamp options, power supply and rigging points, sound conditions and natural light, and identifies any safety considerations or logistical constraints. The survey produces a clear report — photographs, measurements, tech notes and recommendations — that lets the director, cinematographer, production designer and line producer make informed decisions. Site surveys feed directly into scheduling, the gear plan and the risk assessment, and they catch problems early, while there is still time and budget to solve them.

Here is the short of it. Thorough site surveys matter in Poland because the country's locations are so different. A heritage interior in Kraków, an industrial building in Łódź, a forest or lakeside site in the regions, or a high location in the Tatra Mountains each presents different practical questions, and the temperate continental climate means ground conditions and access change with the season.
