In Poland — where shoots can move between Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, and smaller regional cities within a single schedule — the quality of line producers, production managers, and location teams drives whether the project runs smoothly or loses days to avoidable problems. Our support crew network covers the full operational layer of production, from senior running positions through to on-set runners who know how Polish institutions, local authorities, and services work.

Here is the short of it. Fixers with deep local knowledge handle permit processes for Warsaw's covered old town, set up access to Gdańsk's heritage waterfront, and manage the logistical challenges of shoots in Białowieża National Park or on Baltic Coast beaches. Location Scouts and Location Managers identify, recce, and clear the environments that the script or brief demands, while Line Producers and Production Managers hold the schedule and budget together across each shooting day. Assistant Directors, Second ADs, and Third ADs keep on-set discipline and communicate between departments, supported by Production Coordinators, Production Assistants, and Runners who make sure info and materials move efficiently across the entire crew.
