Support roles are the connective tissue of any production, and in Poland — where shoots can move between Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, and smaller regional cities within a single schedule — the quality of line producers, production managers, and location teams determines whether the project runs smoothly or loses days to avoidable problems. Our support crew network covers the full operational layer of production, from senior management positions through to on-set runners who understand how Polish institutions, local authorities, and services work.

Fixers with deep local knowledge navigate permit processes for Warsaw's protected old town, coordinate access to Gdańsk's heritage waterfront, and manage the logistical challenges of shoots in Białowieża National Park or on Baltic Coast beaches. Location Scouts and Location Managers identify, recce, and clear the environments that the script or brief demands, while Line Producers and Production Managers hold the schedule and budget together across every shooting day. Assistant Directors, Second ADs, and Third ADs maintain on-set discipline and communicate between departments, supported by Production Coordinators, Production Assistants, and Runners who ensure information and materials move efficiently across the entire crew.
